Our traditional RUGELACH dough is made with Butter, Cream Cheese, Flour & Sour Cream – the same basic recipe your grandma used… But what we do to it makes ours better! After rolling out the dough, we laminate it, re-chill it, re-roll it and fill the dough with fresh jalapenos that we roast and shredded cheddar. These little delights are great at a party, perfect for football Sundays, they pair great with Chili! 18 pieces per box.

Ingredients

Dough:
DAIRY BASED DOUGH: Hard Wheat Flour, Cream Cheese, Unsalted Butter, Sour Cream

Fillings

Caramelized Onion/Blue Cheese/Walnut:
Organic Yellow Onions, Blue Cheese Walnuts, White Wine, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, Egg, Flake Sea Salt
Jalapeno Cheddar:
Organic Jalapeños and/ or Fresno Peppers, Cheddar Cheese, Egg, Flake Sea Salt
Kalamata Olive Walnut:
Kalamata Olive Tapenade: (Greek Kalamata Olives, Red Wine Vinegar, Garlic Powder, Grape Must, Capers, Oregano, Sea Salt, Citric Acid), Walnuts, Egg, Flake Sea Salt
Apricot Walnut and Raspberry Walnut:
All Natural Apricot OR Raspberry Jam, Walnut, Egg, Sanding Sugar;
Cinnamon/Brown Sugar/Walnut

As if the delicious savory onion/cheese rugelach weren't enough to make me a devoted Quicksilver Baking Company fan, when I came back to the Newton Farmers Market to buy more, I sampled the sweet raspberry rugelach. I couldn't believe my tastebuds! In all the years of trying since my mother's passing, I hadn’t been able to duplicate her delectable raspberry twists recipe, my most favorite of all her pastries.
